A Personal Practice Built on Experience
My name is Amanda Mallia, and I founded Mallia Conveyancing Pty Ltd with one clear purpose — to provide NSW property buyers and sellers with a conveyancing experience that is genuinely personal, professionally excellent, and completely transparent.
I began my career in the legal industry in 2004, starting as a receptionist and working my way up through conveyancing secretary and settlement clerk roles. I obtained my unrestricted conveyancing licence in 2008 and have been working as a licensed conveyancer ever since. In 2018, after many years working for other firms, I made the decision to open my own practice.
That decision wasn't just about building a business — it was about doing things the right way. Working for myself means I have full control over how every file is managed, which means I can ensure the highest standard of service is delivered to every single client, every single time. I wanted to build a practice where clients are never just a number, and where the person handling your file is always the same person you speak to.
